You Can Reach Your Physical Peak at Hidden Hills

     Part of the selection of complete club facilities at Hidden Hills is our newly renovated and refurbished fitness center, which contains all the latest in workout equipment so that you can work off that extra inch or push yourself toward peak physical condition.

     This is a convenient place for work-outs. No more visiting crowded gyms with high-fee plans. This is your club and your place for improving your health and strength. You'll be able to hit the ball farther and avoid straining muscles.

     And no matter what your training needs, we have the equipment to do the job. We have treadmills, Precor cross trainers, Status stationary bike and Magnum strength machines.

     Our registered personal trainer will be happy to work with you to set up a personalized workout schedule that will help you reach your goals. Additionally, our fitness center is the center of activity for our Yoga classes, stretch classes, low impact aerobics, “ballates” (a combination of Pilates and resist-a-ball) and cardio programs/classes. We have a separate aerobics room for classes.
